    Snowmen Painting Party Single Registration

    a minimum of 4 participating families and a maximum of 8 families (from one household)

    Due to the one-hour duration, the painting party is also suitable for children.

    This painting party is for you if you:
    • would like to take a short creative break to have some guided painting fun
    • love art and painting
    • love being guided step by step in the process of creating the image
    • love to spend time with others
    • love snowmen and winter
    This event is not for you if you are looking for
    • painting instruction
    • individual support (even though I will make some suggestions)
    Please register by January 21, 2021, at 9 pm. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Once you are registered, I will send you the link to my online Zoom studio. Material List:
    • 11" x 14" canvas
    • acrylic paints: white, Cadmium yellow, Alizarin red, Ultramarine blue (or any other yellow, red and blue)
    • brushes (one thin (No. 2 or 4) and one thick (No. 12))
    • water container
    • paper towels
    • palette or white plate
    • easel (if you have one)
    Cancellation policy:
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations except if the event gets cancelled by myself. A credit will be applied to your account for future use if you inform me 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. You can also transfer your reservation to someone else if you wish to do so.

  • Semi-Private German Class

    $180.00
    • Semi-private class with the focus on conversation, $45/person/hour.
    • Payment is due in advance for a block of four classes.
    • Classes can be cancelled (by email or phone) until 2 hours before the start of each class without charge. For a late cancellation (less than 2 hours until the start) the full amount is charged for the person who has to cancel.
    • If one person is not available for a semi-private class, the other person can either come for a 1/2 hour class or pay $70 for a private class.
    • The fee includes the language material in a pdf format.
    • Art projects support language learning.

  • Let’s Draw Everyday Items

    $90.00
    February 3 to 24, 2021, 3 pm – 4:30 pm, Zoom a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants In this beginners’ class, we will start with single items and continue with groups of objects to create a still life composition. This workshop is for you if you:
    • would like to learn how to draw or to refresh your skills
    • would like to learn drawing for fun
    • are looking to improve your observation skills
    • enjoy learning in a small group
    • would like free access to my private Facebook group with additional support and resources
      Materials: anything that you have at home (coloured pencils, markers, pastels, crayons, watercolour) Registration ends at midnight on February 2, 2021. I will send you the image and the link to the Zoom meeting after you have registered. If you would like to join us after the first class, please contact me at info@KerstinPeters.ca.

  • Learn Basic German Through Art for Adults

    $140.00
    Thursdays, 17:30 – 19:00 January 21 – February 11, 4 weeks a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 8 participants
    • The participants will learn basic German to get around in the DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
    • Art projects related to the vocabulary of each class to help you visualize and memorize the new material
    • Interactive learning through role play
    • Art Materials: paper, pencils, coloured pencils, markers, crayons, old magazines, glue stick
    • Language teaching material will be provided as a PDF file
    • Membership to a private Facebook group with bonus materials and pronunciation exercises and language games

  • February Art Cafe

    February 7, 2021, 3 pm – 4:30 pm: Heart Card I invite you for an afternoon of chatting and laughter while we will create a heart card for your sweetheart. The Art Cafe is for you if you:
    • would like to meet and get to know new people
    • enjoy the social aspect of creating art together in a relaxed atmosphere
    • like doodles or would like to learn how to create them
    • would like a give a personal hand-made card for Valentine’s Day
    The art cafe is my monthly social gathering to bring people together to bring more creativity and fun to your life. Materials:
    • one card stock paper in the colour of your choice
    • markers, pencils, crayons
    The registration deadline is at 10 pm on February 6, 2021. I will send you the Zoom link once you have registered.
